File Sharing at KVKK-Transfer

You can share the files you store in KVKK-Transfer with any user or anyone from a computer, mobile phone or tablet.

When sharing from KVKK-Transfer, the file is only allowed to be viewed. Changes made to the file after sharing cannot be viewed by other users, only the shared version can be viewed. You can see the folder sharing from KVKK-Transfer for other users to view the changes made in the files and for collaborative work.

  • Select the file you want to share
  • Go to KVKK-Transfer on your computer and log in. Click the file you want to share.

Share File with User in System

  • Right click on File and click Share.
  • In the User field, enter the user name or Name Surname of the user you will share with and make a selection.
  • Type your message in the Message field to send a message with the file to the shared user.
  • Click the Share button.
  • Right click on File and click Share with Link.
  • You can create a link immediately by clicking Create Link, or you can select file sharing options according to your preference and change your advanced sharing preferences.
  • Click Create Link.
  • You have now made the file a link. Click Copy to copy the text in the link field. Convert your file sharing link to QR Code / QR Code with Convert Link to QR Code. Increase your interaction with the QR code instead of sending the generated link.
  • In Email Addresses, enter users' email address(es) to email your file's share link.
  • Fill in the Message field to send a message with your file sharing link.
  • Download Limit: Determine how many times the shared file can be downloaded.
  • Downloadable Time(Hours): Determine how long it takes for the shared file to be downloaded.
  • The period of validity: The parameter that determines how accessible the upload request will be. Up to 100 hours can be accessed in this field, or a date can be entered by activating the date field. When this limit is reached, a warning that the upload request has expired is given.
  • Password: Before downloading the shared file, ask the non-system user to enter the password you created, if he enters the password incorrectly, he will not be able to access the file.
  • Notify Me When Downloaded: When the file shared with the link is downloaded by any user, request an e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
  • SMS Verification: Send the verification code to the mobile phone of the shared person so that the file shared with the link can be downloaded.
  • IP Restriction: Make sure that only the shared person's IP address can be downloaded so that the shared file can be downloaded.
  • Select the file you want to share
  • Open KVKK-Transfer application on your Android device, log in. Find the file you want to share. Tap the More icon of the file name.

Share File with User in System

  • Tap File Share
  • Tap the Select User field.
  • In the User field, enter the user name or Name Surname of the user you will share with and make a selection.
  • Type your message in the Message field to send a message with the file to the shared user.
  • Click the Share button.
  • Tap Share with Link.
  • You can tap Create Link and create a link immediately, or tap Sharing Options and change your advanced sharing preferences.
  • Click Create Link.
  • You have now made the file a link. With the link option, you can forward the link via other applications on your device. With QR Code option, file sharing link is converted into QR code.
